Our global experience shows in the design of our products. One example is the extra thought put into the Mirage series of dissolve controls. It's very durable, light weight and small enough to fit into a brief case. It must be able to travel from country to country and adapt to different voltages. The AC adapter that supplies power to the dissolve control is detachable so it meets each regions specific voltage requirements. A standard inexpensive AC adapter that conforms to that countries specifications is plugged into the back of the Mirage.

The Arion Mirage 900 Series Programmable Dissolve Controls

Each Mirage Dissolve Control in the 900 series has the same great programming features. Programming is done in real-time. The Miragef controls one or two projectors. Features include a choice of 7 Dissolve rates, cut, 1/2, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 seconds. Individual projector lamp control, Change button for smooth rate changes, Alternate, Freeze, Reverse Dissolve, Timer, View Time Select, Reset and Remote Control. Slide switch selects 80 or 140 tray size. Remote controllable by RS-232 using the Arion RS232 Communications Kit. Each dissolver includes the Arion Mate-trac signal. Mate-trac is the clever digital signal Arion developed to synchronize dissolves to an audio tape. Mate-trac eliminates synchronization problems associated with low cost dissolves. This means your slides appear on the screen only at the appropriate time. Even if your audio tape is rewound or forwarded - then played, the slides will seek out their proper locations and continue in synchronization.

For multi projector shows, we recommend the Pro Sixteen Presentation Memory Programmer. Create complex visual sequences, then synchronize to audio with a single button push. It generates and reads standard SMPTE Time Code for accurate synchronization. Controls 2 - 16 projectors. Un-erase to recover accidentally erased programs, has an internal clock for tapeless play-back and time code drop-out protection. Serial Ports allows direct connection to a printer or computer. Has a large memory capacity and battery back up for power outages. Weighs only 2.72 kg (6 lbs) and fits into nearly any briefcase.

The Arion Pro Dissolve Presentation Controller can be used as part of a multi projector show with the Pro Sixteen or use alone to control two projectors. Features include: Economy Lamp setting, operates lamps at 75% power to extend lamp life. Also, Automatic Timer for continuous dissolves, Selectable Dissolve Rate for remote control or Automatic Timer. Selectable tray star at either 0 or position 1. Select the tray size for 80 or 140 slides. Optional built-in Projector Power Control takes care of turning projectors on and off between presentations, saves wear on the projectors.
